The Smooth-Classic is our best selling humbucker set. It goes great in a wide variety of guitars and gives a great range of tones from neck to bridge. The Smooth (AlNiCo 2) humbucker is great in the neck for blues, Jazz chord work. It stays clean without getting too flubby, and has just the right amount of low end. The Classic (AlNiCo 5) in the bridge gives you a great lead tone, and can cover several styles. The middle position is a nice blend of low and high for a snappy tone.
