Do you have retail store locations?

No. My Music Market is a 100% online marketplace.

Orders

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Bulk and wholesale orders are up to each seller. Contact the seller directly to ask about volume discounts or wholesale availability.

Returns

Do you allow customers to request and manage their own returns?

Customers must contact the seller to request a return. Each seller sets their own return policy, including eligibility windows and any restocking fees. After the seller approves the return they will provide instructions and issue any refund according to their policy.

Delivery

How long does the delivery take?

Economy shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 to 4 business days, calculated by product weight. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Orders are shipped by individual sellers, so delivery times may vary slightly based on the seller’s location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. My Music Market offers free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the product weight and the option you select.

Do you offer express shipping?

At this time we do not offer express or overnight shipping. My Music Market currently offers Economy 5 to 8 business days and Standard 3 to 4 business days. All orders are shipped by individual sellers.

Do you ship internationally?

No. My Music Market currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Where do items ship from?

Shipping locations vary by seller. Each seller ships from their own location. My Music Market does not warehouse or ship products directly.

How do I get paid as a seller?

Payouts are processed through the payment method you set up in your seller account. You can connect a Stripe account, a PayPal account, or provide your bank details for manual transfer. Once an order is completed, funds are released and sent to your chosen payout method. Processing times depend on your provider and bank.”

What does it cost to sell on My Music Market?

It is free to create an account and list products. When you make a sale, fees are deducted before your payout. These include:

• Selling fee: 3.5%
• Processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

This equals a total cost of 6.4% + $0.30 per transaction.

Once the order is completed, your payout is released through the method you’ve set up in your seller account (Stripe, PayPal, or manual bank transfer). Processing times depend on your selected method and your bank.
