Description

The 7-string Duncan Custom is an over-wound PAF style pickup that uses a small ceramic magnet and custom-wound coils to deliver great responsiveness while maintaining clarity for big chords. It has a bright upper-midrange, which helps the notes jump out when playing clean and provides great harmonic content when playing with gain. The Duncan Custom has a bright, airy, and focused drive, making it a great choice for warmer guitars with a prominent midrange. Pair with the Jazz neck or 59 neck models for a rockin dual humbucker setup.Hand built in our Santa Barbara, CA, factory, the 7-string Duncan Custom humbucker uses a small ceramic bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance. Comes with a 7-string mounting ring.
